Harris Park Warmbloods is located in the small town of Harrisville, located within the Scenic Rim of south east Queensland. Our stud is located approximately one hour south west of Brisbane, one hour east of Gatton and one hour north east of Warwick. Visitors are always welcome by appointment.
Directions to Harris Park Warmbloods.
From the south. If approaching Harris Park Warmbloods from the south, please turn right at Warrill View Peak Crossing Road (green sign post indicating Harrisville and Peak Crossing to the right (view first image)).
PLEASE NOTE!
This intersection is a 70kph speed zone. If you continue north along the Cunningham Highway to turn right into Charles Chauvel Drive, there is no turning lane and is a 100kph speed zone. As the Cunningham Highway carries large amounts of traffic including trucks, we do not recommend this route to gain access to Charles Chauvel Drive from the south.
Travel along Warrill View Peak Crossing Road, continuing straight onto Charles Chauvel Drive for approximately 5.8kms (during this time you will cross over Warroolaba Creek and drive past Waratah Lodge (corner of intersection of Sealeys Road/Summerlands Lane and Charles Chauvel Drive)). We are the second property on the left past Waratah Lodge, diagonally opposite Glengarry Stud. Please note that Warrill View Peak Crossing Road continues east into the heart of Harrisville (3kms from Cunningham Highway turnoff). Please ensure you continue straight onto Charles Chauvel Drive, past the junction sign posted Harrisville and Peak Crossing (view second and third images below).
From the north. If approaching Harris Park Warmbloods from the north, please continue 1.5km after the Mutdapilly State School, turning left at Charles Chauvel Drive (turning lane with green sign post indicating Charles Chauvel Drive and Harrisville (view fourth image)). We are the second property on the right, approximately 700m from the Cunningham Highway turnoff.
Further information. The gate is recessed into the property allowing ample room for horse floats or horse trucks to pull into the driveway safely off the road.
